Update: 2017-09-19: After using the phone for a while, the phone's built-in microphone does not always work. It drops my voice, randomly, and the only way I can use the phone now is with a set of ear buds with a mic. It otherwise works well enough but it is a phone after all and that's the one thing it is failing to do!

Edit: We have been having issues with this phones ear piece/receiver. I thought it was my mother in law because she is older and it's her first smart phone but after taking it to Apple they said it's missing parts and the receiver is not working. I have changed to neutral rating untill this is resolved

Phone arrived quickly and in good cosmetic condition. Have only set it up and used it for a few days, but seems to be working well - has been a very good experience to this point!

Received the item promptly. Phone was in perfect condition. The only drawback was that I couldn't get a protection plan from Swappa because I purchased from a business listing. I didn't realize this was the case until it was too late. But I'm very pleased with the phone and with Trade In Tech.
