Phone was received quickly and was as advertised. We are very pleased with it. So far we've had no troubles. The only disappointment was that upon checkout we were asked if we wanted a free Ting sim card....Ting is our provider, so this sounded perfect. The phone came, but the sim card did not. Honestly not sure who was supposed to send it...phone seller, swappa, ting? I contacted the folks at Ting, and they knew nothing about it, but they went ahead and put one in the mail for me that day. So we just had a delay between getting the phone and activating it, but it all worked out.
