I was shipped the wrong phone, but tradeintech was quick to respond and send me the correct phone. Aside from some challenges with FedEx and a concern that the phone would arrive a day late, I'm very happy with the product and it looks like what I wanted.

This phone was advertised as an unlocked Sprint phone and it was a locked Verison phone, so I am not able to use it. I need to return it.

Shipping was not fast. Most people get new phones when theirs break down. Fast replacement would go a long way.

Although I did recieve a full refund, I am not happy with the customer service. I ordered a verizon compatible phone and did not recieve that. I returned the device and asked for a replacement. I was assured I would get one. Then instead of a phone I got a refund. I have been without a phone now for almost three weeks playing around with these people.
