This was my first purchase experience on Swappa. Maybe I don't know how it works, but the sale was marked cancelled after I paid. They refunded my money without being asked and everything was tidy. However I was disappointed to not receive any communication about what happened. When I inquired I was told that an inventory issue had caused the problem and they didn't have the stock to complete the sale. I guess that's fine and it happens but being notified would have made for a better customer experience.
