Seller cancelled the sale due to not having the product in stock that they sold. They gave me a bunch of options and seemed very apologetic. I opted for a refund which they hastily obliged.

Overall I'm bummed out, but it was still a positive transaction.

I bought a mint condition Google Pixel. It was shipped promptly. The phone appeared to be in perfect condition. However, there was a problem with the speakers (they were very quiet, even when on speaker phone or when using headphones). It was also quick to overheat and very slow to charge. I contacted the seller asking for a replacement. They agreed to replace the phone, so I sent the original back. 5 days after the original phone was delivered to the seller, I still hadn't heard from them about the replacement. When I contacted the seller asking for the order status, they told me that there was a mistake in their inventory and they didn't have a replacement. They issued a full refund within days. However, it was frustrating that the seller was slow to communicate (and did not communicate until I contacted them); because of that, the process took much longer than necessary.

There was a little more scuffing on the phone than what I would have considered 'good' under swappa description. Being that it was a phone from a commercial reseller, original pictures weren't on the listing. Oh well...
*edit* It turns out the phone I bought wasn't a Google Edition Pixel phone as advertised... I'm going to contact the company for a refund.
