The seller quickly arranged for an RMA and got the replacement phone to me in time for my Christmas deadline. The replacement had no issues whatsoever and was also in excellent condition. Ordered 12/15 was notified 12/23 6pm that the order was never sent or fulfilled. Way too late to order another gift. The reason they gave was the item wasn't available. Did they not know this on the 15th? Could they have handled it better? I assume they also had it on eBay and got a higher bid than on swappa. Never bothered to notify me. USPS site said "waiting on item" for a week. I did email, they said it was shipped. Consumer Electronics is very unprofessional.

The phone was accurately described. It shipped using the US Postal Service. The USPS took a day longer than the original estimate to deliver the phone, but I don't blame the seller for the delay.
