Ordered S8+ on 12/17/17 listed as “New”. Rec'd 12/23. Went to AT&T to get new nano SIM, inserted, all appeared to work well. Gave as present on Christmas Eve. Couldn't make or receive calls. I check my AT&T account, discover device is deactivated. Reactivate, works again. 12/25 morning, device deactivated again. Go on chat with AT&T to discover device is BLACKLISTED as STOLEN. Contact seller, they offer to replace; nevermind this was a Christmas present and 2-way USPS FC shipping will take 2 weeks. They offer to pay for “expedited” return shipping. Fine, I return the device and they receive it on 1/2/18. Get email on 1/3 saying they don’t have a device they can send me right now. Great. What happened to checking IMEI’s? It’s now over 2 weeks post-order and I am starting another order with a different seller. 6 or 7 phones I’ve bought and sold on Swappa and I’ve never had such issues. Seller did offer a refund IN THE END – but I shouldn’t have to go through all this nonsense.

Came in almost new condition works perfect for cricket if you're looking it did miss the tool for swapping Sims but I just used a paperclip overall satisfied with the product would buy from seller again.
