Phone was listed as "Good" quality came in pristine condition the only way it even appears used is there is a slight scuff on the metal around the camera which sticks out. Phone works great, and I am very happy with my purchase. small point to seller ordered a black phone received a navy blue. I don't care gets covered by my case anyway. overall 10/10 very happy customer

Phone was blacklisted and unusable. They also would not send a replacement device for the same price. Even thought it was okay for me to pay for return shipping so I could receive a refund. Not happy with customer service I received or the product they sent. Apparently checking the IMEI number is not part of their inspection before selling or sending products.

UPDATE: Still no refund issued! Seller has been in possession of the device over 11 days. Argue they are unaware of how to issue a refund using PayPal...
