I purchased the phone on Dec. 18. On Dec. 19 the seller told me the phone had shipped. On Dec. 22 they told me they were out of stock and cancelled the sale. I was hoping to have it by Christmas. I felt they misled me by saying it had shipped when it had not. They did refund my money.
