Overall, this was a terrible transaction. It took 4 days to ship the phone, and a week to arrive. Of course it was the wrong, wrong, not what was ordered phone. Another 2 days of back and forth that it was their mistake. They finally agree to a return. Then 9 days to get it back and a refund issued. I'm calling it neutral as I did get the money back. But I won't buy from them again.

Phone was ordered on 2 May and was supposedly shipped on 3 May. On Monday, 7 May, I inquired on status and was told by the seller that the phone had not shipped yet. I did finally received the phone on 9 May, over a week after ordering. On the positive side, the phone is as advertised and is working fine.

everything with phone so far seems to be fine. i was wondering if i could buy an extended warranty thru you.
and i had small problem with charger charging block doesn't work. but that no big deal.
i would defiantly do business with this seller again.

Sale went ok shipped quickly, but communication with seller was shocking I sent two emails and got not one reply. Won’t buy again from someone who does not communicate

Please mention the lack of official charger. The wall plug supplied charges the phone EXTREMELY slowly. It's also lacking the official adaptor for USB type a to c. Other than this sale went perfectly.

So great! Consumer electronics was very responsive and I received my phone very promptly.

Received device in a timely fashion, had a microphone issue. This was not the fault of the seller, turned out some iPhone 7's were affected this way by the iOS 11.3 update. Did not know the problem was a "Apple problem" and contacted seller returned and received refund in timely fashion. I can give good marks on how they operate if there is a problem.
