Excellent in every way. The phone came exactly as advertised. I had an opportunity to interact with customer support, and although our misunderstanding was pretty much all my fault, they remained polite, helpful, and professional throughout. Top notch experience.

Fast shipping. Phone should have been packaged better though. Not very well protected. On looking at the phone though, it is not the phone that was listed. The phone listed was a model 1688, and the phone shipped was 1633. Also, the condition of the phone that was shipped was significantly worse than what was listed. Waiting on response from seller on how to make this right.

Update: Contacted seller regarding wrong phone shipped. No response. Do not purchase from this seller unless you want a lesser phone than shown and no response to your contact.
