This is the second time I've ordered the unlocked Google version and instead received the locked Verizon version (first time from this seller). I returned the device and my payment was refunded, but overall this is a negative experience. It's not unreasonable to expect to receive what you order.

Just as advertised

The seller posted that the item had been shipped. However when I checking the tracking # provided, the postal service indicated that the item had not been delivered to them for shipping. After contacting the seller they stated it would be shipped the following day. It wasn't shipped as they stated. Therefore I cancelled the purchase. They did however refund my account promptly.

Came moderately delayed but through no fault of the seller, in great shape as well!

Phone shipped was not the correct unlocked version (I needed one that worked with Sprint). I shipped the phone back to the seller and since they didn't have the right model in the color I requested, they immediately refunded payment. Thanks!
