Product as described. Thank you.... Update: After activated and started to use, battery needed to be replaced. Phone kept shutting off after one call drained battery. After battery replacement, phone is working.

Seller includes horribly cheap wall plugs and cables, that can't even charge the iPad while the screen is on. Offered to replace them but what's the point, it's clearly the cheapest aftermarket ones and any replacement would work just the same. Aside from that everything was perfect... iPad was in great shape and sent quickly.

Delivery took longer than expected. Overall, a positive experience but should have been clearer about expected shipping time.

Never trust generic photos - on Swappa, you should *only* buy used phones with their actual photo posted. I learned that from this listing, which included photos of a flawless iPhone 7, and a description which read, 8/10, minor scuffs and scratches; see pictures. I was disappointed when my phone finally arrived with much more wear and tear than shown in the generic photo. It's not worth the $20 return for a do-over at this point though.
I purchased late Friday afternoon and USPS reports they received the package late Wednesday, and I received it Saturday.

Update:
At day 32 this phone died in mid-use and couldn't be used.
The seller did take the phone back and upgrade to overnight shipping for return, however this is the 2nd phone with them that had an issue.

Ultimately my biggest concern is that because the phone could not be turned my the personal data is sitting on a device that is being sold for parts. Not comforting in any way.

The only reason I haven't given a negative rating is they stuck with me through at least 10 rounds of emails, and few companies would have done that.

Refund was quick to issue, just waiting for it to appear.

Pretty fast shipping. The phone seems to be in good working order.
There is a slight gouge (not just a scratch) on the edge of the phone housing and a scuff on the screen so I would say it only JUST meets the "good" rating.

The price of this phone went down 40.00 from the seller just 3 days after purchase
