Phone was New as expected, everything seems to be functioning OK. Shipping was fast. Packaging needs improvement, was just the phone box thrown into a much larger box (which was then put in a padded envelope). There was NO padding inside the larger box, meaning the phone bounced around in transit a ton. Everything inside the phone's box had shaken loose and I thought it was a used phone, but was just a result of the phone box getting beat up due to the way it was packed. This could be easily solved by adding padding/airbags inside the larger box.

I recieved the item today at around 10:45 am EST. Everything looks good so far. Thank you!

Phone was in overall mint condition. I noticed one small scratch on the screen in the bottom left corner but it is able to be worked around.

Product was definitely in "fair" and not "good" condition. Significant scratching and very, very dirty.
