This phone was for my father and he didnt even open it until it was far past the warranty date, but it has had a screen problem since he first starting using it.

The phone arrived very quickly. However, the phone arrived with the sim tray missing. I had to order a spare one off of Amazon. Not a huge deal (only $6) but I shouldn't have had to do that for a phone sold as mint.

I had bought from them before with a good result, so maybe this was just a fluke, but the phone indicated it was locked. after some back and forth debate, they did take it back and refund. Just disappointed they resisted that.

Seller shipped me an empty box. No iPad included. Refuses to work with me to come to the correct resolution, overall I would not recommend. Human error happens but seller does not acknowledge this and refuses to help a buyer. I would rather buy from sellers who rectify buyers’ issues regardless of their ratings or how much they’ve sold. Terrible experience, wish I bought elsewhere.

Item I was supposed to receive was a new Galaxy s9 in sealed box. Box was not sealed when I received it in the mail. The phone will not turn on. I tried plugging it in and it vibrates continuously and on the screen appears "fail to load data BKSECAPP". This is not what I was expecting when I bought and phone labeled as new. I need to make arrangements to either get a return or another device.

Seller claimed item was in mint condition, but phone vendor told me it had been previously repaired. The seller mis-represented their product and made no offer to correct the situation.

Seller sold me a defective product. When questioned about it tried hard to make it my problem. Eventually they made good but made me very nervous in the process.
