Received phone one day earlier than expected. Phone works great with no issues, however I’m disappointed the phone I received was not in the condition promised. Seller did apologize and offer a resolution at least so I will give them the benefit of the doubt that the oversight was not intentional. Would buy from again possibly

Screen contains scratches

phone came in good condition, no scratches or anything. it was just wrapped in a bunch of bubble wrap and put in an envelope so the fact that it came out okay was surprising. overall im satisfied yippee

Item not as described. Listed as Mint but had screen scratches/imperfections. Seller offered only for return of item, but I’m military overseas and USPS no longer allows phones to be mailed due to the lithium battery. I explained this to seller and was offered a trivial discount. Had seller listed correctly, price would have been significantly less than the discount offered so I feel they were hoping buyers wouldn’t notice the screen issues so listing for Mint when it should have been Good.
