Nice phone. Charging port not quite right but usable. Shipped in bubble wrap envelope. No box. Thankfully not broken. Rate 3 stars Update..the phone was not unlocked as listed. It was a nightmare. If I would have known I wouldn't have bought it. It was attached to ATT and I get like 1 or 2 bars. I wanted Verizon towers . I did a really good cleaning in the port and it is fine now. Very dirty.

We received a phone that was listed as mint. I’m quite positive it was mint when it left the sellers possession, but when we received it the screen would freeze up and we would have to shut it down and restart it each time to get it to work again. We tried hard reset and it wouldn’t fix the problem.
Jason was beyond helpful and made the whole process of handling the issue easy and quick. At first I thought we had been lied to, but after working with Jason I know that is not the case, he was consistent, helpful, responsive and friendly throughout it all. I would recommend this seller.

Seller said mint condition but I can see small scratches but not enough to bother me. Also, the home button feels stuck. Fast shipping though.
