I bought a phone advertised as "network unlocked", however when I booted it up I saw it was locked to ATT. I contacted Swappa and arranged to return it. I sent back the phone and received my refund in full.

Return & Refund Policies
Due to a recent PayPal policy change a 5% charge for buyer order cancellation do to wrong address or any other reason. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on non-defective refunds.
