Phone was not in mint condition. Several small scratches noted on the back but the main issue is discoloration in the screen. Also cannot hear when making calls and nobody can hear me either. What can we do to fix this?

Initially had issues getting my sim working on my unlocked iPhone, but later was solved. Jason had been cooperative with the issue.

The phone was listed as unlocked but had boost mobile as a carrier, after inserting my sim card the phone did work with my carrier. The phone also seemed to have some internal issues like overheating and the battery would drain fast.
