Wifi+Cell iPad Item listed as unlocked new. Item received had active Verizon SIM, so it was not new and Apple warranty had months left. Stated right on box it was Verizon iPad. Swappa agreed, but could do nothing. Seller argued no mistake was made. With no help from seller, was able to exchange at Apple store for new unlocked iPad, as this was carrier demo unit with active carrier SIM. Hassle but in end worked out. Seller needs to pay more attention to listing item correctly. Buyers beware.
Screen has a lots of small scratches, there is a dent on the bottom part of the phone. It is barely Mint condition.
Item was not in mint condition but seller refunded without problem
Screen blemishes more than I would have liked. I would have gone for a mint condition if I had known. Outside of that, the order was received and all other areas look great.
The phone was not in mint condition when I receive it; instead, it had a chip. The seller offered to return or exchange, but I wish I could have gotten the right condition first since it was used for promotion.

I bought a phone advertised as "network unlocked", however when I booted it up I saw it was locked to ATT. I contacted Swappa and arranged to return it. I sent back the phone and received my refund in full.
Attitude and help were great. The specificity used in the listing to describe the frame’s condition should have also been used for the front screen. (To stay consistent throughout). Slow on the return process once I initiated it. Wouldn’t advise anyone to stay away from the seller, but these were some areas that I expect to be tightened down. Thank you.
