I was presently shocked to see the pristine condition of this phone. It looks like new! Update - Initially, the phone worked flawlessly from about 9/18/23 until I experienced No Service on 12/22/23, 12/27/23, and again today 1/7/24. As of this date 1/11/24, there still is no service. The Apple Genius Bar's diagnostic revealed the failure of the Cellular Antenna. Both Swappa & AAA Wireless have failed to address the issue amicably. The seller has said ""We will try to help as much as we can
We are willing to see if our supplier can fix the issue or not .
With that being said you can send back the device to our address so we can send back to our supplier to see what can be done and will update you asap ." My last reply to them was "There is no guarantee in your words that say it will be fixed! I would need a definitive answer." I have heard nothing back the seller for 4 days. I feel that Swappa has failed as an intermediary. They have done nothing other than take the money.

The day an order is assigned a tracking number is not indicative of the day it was shipped.
Return & Refund Policies
We offer a 30-Day hassle-free return policy with all our products. If the product is 30-Days past the Return-Policy, please contact us through messaging system and we’ll try our best to resolve the issue.
Please Erase All your Personal Data + Samsung / Google / Apple iCloud /Find my iPhone/ LG / MACFEE IDS from the Device before sending it out to us. You would need to Hard Reset the Device to make sure all the Data is erased. This would in turn help us to process your return much faster and in an efficient manner.
Please be advised that all our items have serial / IMEI numbers which we document before shipping out merchandise to the customers under that order. Any violation of fraudulent use of returns or abuse will be reported. We have a comprehensive system in place that can detect any attempted fraudulent returns.
ANY DEVICE RECEIVED DAMAGED MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT. DAMAGE REPORTED AFTER THIS TIME WILL BE ASSUMED BY THE BUYER AND THE DEVICE WILL NO LONGER BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
