So I got the phone but it shuts off and it is fully charged. Also something came on the screen and said it might be because it’s not an Apple battery in the phone
Item was as described. Seller shipped promptly. However, there was a shipping issue caused by Swappa, requiring me to file a USPS package intercept. USPS lost the package, and I had to file a missing package report. It took over a month to recover the package and resolve. During this time, the seller was not entirely communicative, and often took several promptings to receive a response. Ultimately, the problem was not the seller's fault... but I had hoped for better communication from them for a lost package.
Yesterday was my first day using the phone, and it took 6 attempts and resets to transfer my data. The bluetooth needed to be reconnected for my Fitbit three times, and the battery went down to 35% after 8 hours and barely using it. I'm a little concerned but will try again today with hopefully better results.
Earpiece speaker didn't work on arrival. Had to take it to the Apple store for warranty repair.

Got everything - at first the camera didn't work, but randomly it started working and has been working since. The charger that came with it is not great. I'm gonna have to replace it, but the phone works as described now that the camera issue has worked out.

You would need to Hard Reset the Device to make sure all the Data is erased. This would in turn help us to process your return much faster and in an efficient manner.
Please be advised that all our items have serial / IMEI numbers which we document before shipping out merchandise to the customers under that order. Any violation of fraudulent use of returns or abuse will be reported. We have a comprehensive system in place that can detect any attempted fraudulent returns.
