The device was locked to Verizon but the ad claimed it was unlocked. The seller began the refund process soon after the phone was mailed back to him.
My first transaction on Swappa. All in all, a good transaction.
Item: S20 (Verizon 128 GB, Gray, 8GB ram). Arrived in good condition and with the cable/charger as was previously described. Phone came with a new sealed black USB-C super-fast-charging brick and a new USB-C to USB-C cable (both seem to be OEM Samsung accessories - compared with my own).
Serial # in listing matches IMEI on phone. Phone says last factory reset was Feb 14th, 2021.
I paid Thursday night 9:37 pm eastern on April 1st, 2021.
Seller shipped next day (Friday April 2nd) at 6:26 pm eastern via UPS Ground. This was after the ground pick up deadline so it did not start moving until Monday 4/12.
Delivered 7:22 pm Tuesday 4/6/2021
Everything went great and my wife is still using the phone.

Return & Refund Policies
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all account locks removed (including iCloud, Find My iPhone, and Google accounts).
A 15% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address that require cancellation will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a 5% PayPal processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
