phone is exactly as described in the listing, no problems there. communication could have been a little better overall. There was a disagreement with my return though. make sure to check the return policy before buying. I was charged a restocking fee that was not disclosed anywhere. Swappa staff did have to step in to get this resolved.

The screen was more scratched than I expected, one of the scratches is deep enough to be felt when you touch it. Also the oleophobic coating is almost completely gone, the precious owner must have been sanitizing this phone with alcohol regularly. I don't think this was a "good" condition phone by Swappa's standards, this should have been marked as "Fair"

Device arrived exactly as described, phone is activated on my carrier and good to go
