The screen was more scratched than I expected, one of the scratches is deep enough to be felt when you touch it. Also the oleophobic coating is almost completely gone, the precious owner must have been sanitizing this phone with alcohol regularly. I don't think this was a "good" condition phone by Swappa's standards, this should have been marked as "Fair"

Return & Refund Policies
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all account locks removed (including iCloud, Find My iPhone, and Google accounts).
A 15% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address that require cancellation will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a 5% PayPal processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
