Item not as described and did not meet Swappa condition requirements. Significant display burn in damage and frame damage despite being listed as Mint condition and no damage disclosed on listing description. Despite trying to resolve amicably, seller refused to engage or communicate via Swappa or PayPal resolution processes.

The seller was intentionally deceptive. It took him DAYS to respond to my return request (days past what Swappa liked as well). He completely ignored me when asking about him refunding the money it cost me to send the device back to him being that it was not my fault that the device was listed under a false description. He did NOT refund my money for the shipping. It has been days since the seller has received the device back and I am still yet to get my refund. If I could give this seller 1 star I would but due to swappas policy, I cannot. I will never purchase anything from this seller every again.

Item was no were near what it was described as. Item was advertised as "mint" condition and the screen was suppose to be in "perfect" condition as well. Upon receiving item it had a dent in the back and several deep scratches on the screen. Unfortunately the seller was extremely adamant about the condition of the device being mint condition even when I provided several pictures showing the complete opposite and the swappa admins taking my side on the sale! His only excuse was "If you expect a new device go to the apple store". The reality is no, a device in mint condition means it is near perfect, no scratches, no dents. I asked the seller to provide a return shipping label to return the item to which he refused and I was also forced to take money out of my pocket to return his device. In the end a paypal dispute had to be opened to receive a refund. Hoping to never have to deal with him again.

Seller did not provide accurate product description, fought refund despite overwhelming visual proof of inaccuracies and product damage. Not pleasant to communicate or do business with.
