Item not as described and did not meet Swappa condition requirements. Significant display burn in damage and frame damage despite being listed as Mint condition and no damage disclosed on listing description. Despite trying to resolve amicably, seller refused to engage or communicate via Swappa or PayPal resolution processes.

Seller claimed the device worked flawlessly. It did not. (iPad) In the center of the screen from top to bottom it did not detect touch. This device supports Apple Pencil which is now 100% useless. You couldn't even scroll the icon page.

If you are needing a device and want to take the sellers word for it i'd look else where. While they did offer a refund, they did not offer to pay shipping back to them and I would not get refunded until they got it. I would return this garbage in a heart beat but I need to use the device in 2 days. I can't have my money tied up that long as I can't get another.
