shipped quickly, provided tracking, phone is in excellent condition, passed all the checks of my thorough inspection. only concern was phone was packaged in 1 thin layer of bubble wrap. fortunately, this was not an issue in my situation but I would be more cautious when packing expensive, fragile, and delicate items like these.
