Fast shipping and item was exactly as described.

I was using this phone for a trade-in, and based on what I could see, the phone was fine. However, if I were to keep the phone, I did want to call out the 'no screen burn-in' you had listed. It's not visible on the home screen, but if you open the dialer, which is predominantly white, there was a fairly large burn-in band the width of the screen and about 1/2 inch high towards the bottom of the display. I don't think that's enough for me to get the trade-in to be charged back, so ultimately I'm happy with the purchase.

Honestly it was even better condition than expected. Well worth it. Thanks!

This seller is first rate! First phone (which was shipped the very next day after ordering) was lost by USPS and buyer immediately sent another device with no hassle. (He very well could have made me wait much longer to make sure the phone wasn't being tracked/handled improperly by USPS. When it completely dropped out of their system he offered my choice of an immediate reship or refund.) He was quick to respond to all communications and was very accommodating. Phone was actually in better shape than I thought it would be. I think he erred on the side of caution when grading the phone for the Swappa description. When we got phone there were no visible damages till we tried turning it on it took 2 days too charge then when we powered. It on the digitizer was damaged there is no from screen too it so my son could not use it ......we would like replacement of purchase or money back
