buyers beware! this seller sold me a macbook with a dangerous and defective swollen battery, made no mention of it in the listing. when i asked for a refund he refused and even swappa staff was no help, saying i had to go through paypal. thankfully apple was able to repair it.

This phone was in perfect condition, and I had no problems activating or using it. Very happy with the product. However, there was a delivery issue (largely on the side of USPS), and the seller had not followed Swappa policy of ensuring the device up to it's full value. We were very lucky to have tracked down the item eventually (though it took a lot of time and effort with our local post office). But if the item was truly lost in the mail, then we would not have been able to file a claim for our money back from USPS due to the lack of insurance.

Wasn't the right product but was able to get a refund

I bought this new device because I wanted a hassle free transition; however the phone came in with a manufacturer defect of a green screen. The seller was helpful and gave good advice on how to proceed. Ultimately, I had to take the device in for repairs (which were covered under the warranty) and it is now in good working order. More hassle than I wanted, but I am glad to have a new working phone now.
