Phone came as described and with all items that should be in a resale box. The -2 stars are due to packaging. The phone came packaged only in its own box, no bubble wrap, shock protectors etc... the box the phone was shipped in was also marked as "Open upon receipt" by the USPS with a clear note from the USPS that they had to repackage the box due to items falling out of it when they received it.

Phone had jammed volume buttons and the power button does not work. The phone also has bad speakers because it has no sound.
