The tab itself was in great condition and works very well. The charging cord was defective and I had to go out and buy one in order to charge the tab. Cost $10.89. This is the first time I have responded to this purchase so the seller is not aware that this problem existed. My excuse: it was the holiday and I wanted the tab immediately.

Battery pretty much DOA tho. Not a big deal since new one is like 10 bucks. To be expected with older device Like Nexus 6P's I got. Overall happy with the product. Price was great.

This tablet was not usable. According to the att&t store, it was blacklisted and could not be added to my account. He said likely because it was originally tied to an account that had an outstanding balance etc. Basically a wste of my money.

The tablet was junk from the start gave to my daughter for Christmas was a total fail. I tried to contact seller to see if we could correct or swap for a different one and was totally ignored. I never received any response.

Within a week the tablet refused to charge, it's stuck in a loop an won't power on

Either the charging plug or the charging cord don't work, but I have extras so no worries. Took me a little while to mark this as complete as it died while at 45% and wouldn't charge, but once I got that worked out and drained the battery again, all seems well.
