The tablet was junk from the start gave to my daughter for Christmas was a total fail. I tried to contact seller to see if we could correct or swap for a different one and was totally ignored. I never received any response.

Within a week the tablet refused to charge, it's stuck in a loop an won't power on

Either the charging plug or the charging cord don't work, but I have extras so no worries. Took me a little while to mark this as complete as it died while at 45% and wouldn't charge, but once I got that worked out and drained the battery again, all seems well.

Item was in like new condition, The power cord and brick supplied were OEM and still plastic wrapped. I have spent over a week with this tablet mounted to my dash out in the Mojave desert with vehicle temperatures at times exceeding 120 degrees and the tablet has still continued to function where the newer non-ruggedized tablet I purchased this to replace would shut down due to the heat.
