Device outside of quality description, only relief seller would offer was to return the device and have to wait on my refund, inconveniencing my client, just wanted a simple partial refund, to cover my cost to replace their poor quality digitizer, home button bracket that was installed upside down, and replace the rubber ball that was missing from the HB. Future buyers be warned the poor quality that this iPad arrived in definitely is not going to be a one off situation.
