The seller chose to ship my package via USPS which is fine (but the USPS doesn't provide real-time tracking). Buyer also did not insure the package which is required by Swappa. Fortunately the seller was able to intercept the package before it left its origin and give me a prompt refund via PayPal (which tied up my card for days) while the refund was pending approval. Seller informed me that he wasn't required to insure package, that it was his choice. Be sure to always discuss this with the seller first. Sellers ARE required to insure packages.

Phone came as described. Flawless minus a small scratch on the home button which was noted and appeared as pictured in the listing. Shipping was fast.

Phone was received in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the scratches on screen were visible when the phone was turned on despite the seller iterating they were not visible.

The seller sent the device quickly. I was impressed by how well the phone was packaged. It was wrapped in bubble wrap inside a box within the box everything else was shipped in to minimized the chance of it getting damaged during shipping. Very happy with the sale experience.
