Overall good purchase. Ipad has some light scratches but not beyond what one would expect with a used device. Padded envelope shipping was disappointing. Please use a box. Padded envelope is just begging for damage.

The item was packed in 3 separate bubble wrap USPS envelopes, but a box could help prevent the item from being potentially snapped in shipping through the post office. The picture of the scuff on the back was accurately represented. The home button sticks a little and does not consistently press-in to activate functions, unless pressed-in very deliberately, almost requiring slightly firm force. Since this is my first iPad, I am not sure if this is normal. The price seemed fair.

I'm not sure if it works on straight talk yet but I'm gonna try. Wish seller would have packaged better, purchased mint condition but the back has a crack running up from the bottom left side that goes about 2/3s up the phone and off the right edge. It doesn't have any dings on sides but has a small scratch on the screen (about .25") something else I can live with bc it doesnt really affect the screen visibility. Hope it is really gsm unlocked or its gonna be totally useless to me.

THE BURN IN IS PRETTY BAD! Its all over the whole screen.... How does that even happen? I totally missed the burn in part you stated on the add for the phone.... So obviously i'm stuck with it. Oh well.. I dont think that you should call any of these phones in GOOD condition if the screens are that burned in and you only give 1 picture of it in the add or I probably would have payed closer attention. The body of the phone itself is in good condition though..
