The phone was in good condition to say that the packaging was horrible. The phone wasn't in a secure package it could have easily been damaged during shipping. It was sent wrapped in two priority plastic bubble bag and in another regular shipping bag. It could have easily been damaged, but luckily it wasn't. Thank God not the seller. For that I'm not rating them because the phone is in good condition, but the packaging and shipping was shitty. The phone also arrived 2 days late not sure why! I don't recommend this seller, maybe if the packaging and shipping was better I would but not now. Won't buy from them again.

first things first... this is a sm-g9730 and while it is a dual sim phone, it most definitely is not a sm-g973f/ds Exynos powered S10. the 9730 is Snapdragon based. It's not a huge problem as I can still use it as intended, but accurate details are absolutely necessary when buying and selling tech. it only took me one quick trip to the about device section to figure this out. could it possibly be a limitation of the website? i'm not completely sure, but yeah....definitely not a good first impression. also, it would have been nice to get a charger with it.. the phone only came with a cheap aftermarket usb c cord that takes on average 2-4hrs to charge my phone depending on the charging source. there was no charging block at all. oh, and it didn't come in a box either, which doesn't bother me personally as it was sufficiently wrapped, just sort of uncommon for something so fragile to just be placed in a bag and wrapped inside 3 others. thankfully the phone was exactly as pictured though

Listing says comes with Generic C type cable but it did not. Actually not a big deal as I had one already but someone might be needing it and thinking it will come with. Phone is in great shape and so far everything works fine.

My ZTE Maven 3 (Z835) arrived on time. While there was a lot of packaging in order to get to my phone, I appreciate the care that was taken to make sure my phone arrived undamaged and in good working condition. I did have to charge it upon starting it up (low battery). Otherwise, from the time I ordered the phone to the time I received it, as well as the condition of the phone, I was very satisfied with Swappa and the sellers on this site.
