Sold me a "mint" Samsung S9. The phone constantly cuts in and out during calls. Took two months to diagnose the problem (not the mobile network or my SIM card or anything else). Seller will not return or replace. Be careful when buying from this seller -- you *can* get a broken phone.

Had to do an exchange as the first phone was defective. Seller was very communicative, apologetic, and resolved the issue quickly and satisfactorily.

I took a risk and purchased a phone that appeared to be in good condition even though the photos were low quality and the seller would not respond to my questions. Fortunately for me, the phone turned out to be in good condition.

The seller really should pay attention to comments on their listings and respond to questions when they arise.

So, thumbs up for quickly receiving a phone as described, thumbs down for lack of any seller communication. Averages out to Neutral.

Shipment was nice and speedy; I ordered 2 phones from this seller late in the day on Mon Nov 30th and received a package with both via USPS on Sat Dec 05th. Screens and case were in good condition as indicated.

Finding time over the next several days, I tested the hardware (SD card, BT, 2.4 and 5.0 GHz wifi, battery charge rate on fast charger, etc) then popped in my SIM and tested phone/sms/gps. Didn't find any issues. Will likely buy from this seller again next time I need another phone.
