Could not see the screen scratches on the listing as they were covered by a screen protector. Phone is not in "great condition" it's in ok condition. From my experience buying through Swappa, I usually get the phone within a couple days. Not the case this time. Phone was shipped in bubble wrap, no box. Not exactly happy with the seller. I have already gotten rid of my previous phone so I guess I'm screwed.

The device I received was not in the condition as advertised by the seller. I purchased the device in 'mint condition' however upon inspection the rear cover had signs of wear and tear.

I initially had a minor issue that Sellworld took ownership of and offered a free return (including shipping). Ultimately, I was able to correct the issue with T-Mobile's help and decided to keep the the phone. SellWorld's willingness to correct the issue was great and they deserve credit for that.
