Phhone is great other than burnt screen meaning there is apps you can see like a second home screen behind mine and it takes a while to charge

Phone arrived quickly and was very well packaged with bubble packing. Was surprised to see some damage to the upper left corner of screen, but decided it would be okay with a case to cover it.

Good sale which the device had come with a box

No tracking order, phone didn’t come in original box, just phone and cord. Never received a message from the seller saying they had shipped, took over a week to receive.

The phone I received was just as described and works perfect.

the listing said "screen burn" and check photos for actual condition. The phots did not show ANY noticeable screen burn so i bought it. Upon inspection, the former keyboard and many app buttons were very noticeable...I don't even know how you took that photo to not show screen burn. I am not completely pleased with that since I based my decision on the photos as you said. But I am keeping it since we needed to swap over phones and had no time to dicker or send it back. please make sure photos really show the condition. also, both phones we bought had white usb cords when you showed black ones...I would have prefered you sent the black ones as advertised

The seller was great but the USPS shipping was lousy! Not the fault of the seller but what should have taken 5 days to get took 17 days and the phone was at the Springfield MA distribution center for 10 of those days. I finally got the phone and it works perfect and is in great condition. I love Swappa but wish that sellers would offer other shipping options for the purchase. I would have gladly paid for UPS or FedEx shipping if it were offered.

Everything is in good condition except for one key thing: I cannot hear any caller speak unless I put them on speaker. So I am unable to keep others from hearing the other side of my conversations. Big drawback. I took it through a series of troubleshoot steps found online, then took it to a Verizon store. They couldn't fix it for me.

I took a risk and purchased a phone that appeared to be in good condition even though the photos were low quality and the seller would not respond to my questions. Fortunately for me, the phone turned out to be in good condition.

The seller really should pay attention to comments on their listings and respond to questions when they arise.

So, thumbs up for quickly receiving a phone as described, thumbs down for lack of any seller communication. Averages out to Neutral.

Hi, what can be done about the phone I ordered? I order a 128gb 8gb ram phone but instead got a 64gb 6 gb phone. Let me in on the compromise.

Accidentally received cracked item, but seller very quickly made it right and were very helpful. I would buy from this seller again

I did receive the phone and found it was physically in mint condition however the battery was draining fast. I contacted the seller and they issued me a partial refund so that I could buy a replacement battery. My only other issue is that I don't like how they packaged it for sale because other sellers send it in a box.

64GB, not 128 as listed. Otherwise in good condition as listed.

When I got it the charging port had a short, not listed in the description/damage... I would not consider this as a "regular sign of wear and tear"

Item took longer to arrive than expected, although this was not the seller's fault. However, the phone was rerouted halfway through delivery and I needed to contact the USPS myself to ensure delivery. I reached out to the seller and asked for help. They agreed to contact the USPS but never contacted me back so I don't know if they followed through. Phone was in mint condition, as described.

Shipping was fast. Seller responded promptly to my question. Phone is great EXCEPT touch pad needs to be pressed firm for it to recognize it.. It's supposed to be mint condition and I'm not sure if the price is worth it for defect..

The phone was marked as mint but what I received was a phone that looked like it was dropped in the mud and had visible scratches on the screen. I brought this to the attention of the seller and 100 percent we worked out a resolution but it doesn't help my situation that I'm now giving a phone as a present that is not mint. I only purchase phones on swappa a total of about 10 I always recommend to people to use swappa this has been my first neutral rating. I would probably use this seller again but have to ask a lot of questions about the phone before purchase

Nice phone in good condition but the battery life runs out fast and over heats.

finger print scanner doesnt work

Received after 6 pm on 10/31/20. I got it up and working now, but the had phone major damage to the corner and back was loose. Was going to return it but decided to keep it.

Bit of scratches near the charger ports and seemed to have a bit of dust in the ports but otherwise the phone is in pristine shape and everything works as expected. My step dad will love this phone.
