The phones keyboard is faulty. A specific area in the middle of the keyboard will not work. This makes the entire phone useless.

Replacement device does not have the same issue as the previous one, and is in an acceptable condition.

Worst seller ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! BUYER BEWARE THEY WONT WORK WITH YOU

Took a little longer than I hoped for

Good phone, arrived as described, an upgrade from G8 Thinq, Does work on Verizon as a 4G phone but DOES NOT connect to Verizon 5G. (This appears to be Verizon systemwide)

I am really excited about this phone, but the "light burn” mentioned by the seller was quite a bit worse then I thought I'd be. I could not see it in the pictures posted, but is riddled throughout the screen. It's still manageable, but it's incredibly disappointing. Other than that the seller was great. My order was shipped very quickly and arrived in good condition (minus the screen burn). I'd order from this seller again.

I would have to say that the phone was more in fair condition than good. Screen was excellent, no burn in, however the case around the edges had more wear then the photos revealed. Shipping was fast.

First time I used Swappa. The phone arrived with a small crack and I did not contact the seller within a timely manner. Other then that everything was great.

Not necessarily seller's fault but my "new" Samsung S10+ came with a bad logic board and I had to send it to Samsung for a warranty replacement. The repair was covered under warranty (just barely) and didn't cost me anything but was a huge hassle.

Phone had some scratches on the back (outlines of a case) and a very minor scratch on the screen if you look at it in the right light. Not what I would consider mint condition but not a big deal either. I appreciate you shipping the phone quickly though

Ordered two phones, phones are in described condition however I do not appreciate that the two phones were shipped without any packaging between them. They stuck the two phones on top of each other, wrapped them in bubble wrap and put it in a box. The packaging was not well done and could have resulted in damage to the phones.

iPhone came in without a box, case, or anything. It could've been easily damaged

there is major major burn-in on the screen. i dont know how you got a picture that doesnt show it, and didnt mention it in the listing. otherwise its fine and works.

Phone is in good cosmetic condition, although top and bottom speakers are a bit deformed, and fingerprint sensor only works ~60% of the time.

Screen Scratches and burnout were not shown in the pictures.

Description contained no mention of scratch on the screen, not what I would consider 'normal wear'. Photo's concealed the scratch well, but it was visible upon closer inspection. Packaged well for shipping.

The battery in the device failed within the first few days. But the seller was very apologetic and prompt in handling the return and full refund, including shipping.

The phone was exactly as described and works well. I am disappointed with the shipping. The seller has no control over the USPS, but it seems the seller AND Swappa have been aware for at least 8 months that the USPS had said they are not meeting their delivery commitments due to Covid and other reasons. The site should have disclosed that delivery estimate poorly reflect the reality. Estimated delivery was 3 to 4 days and it took 9 days. Due to me having a broken phone when I made the purchase I would have leveraged other buying options if I knew delivery was unlikely within the timeframe estimated on the site.

The scratch underneath the screen protector was deeper than what was shown in the photos.

Could not see the screen scratches on the listing as they were covered by a screen protector. Phone is not in "great condition" it's in ok condition. From my experience buying through Swappa, I usually get the phone within a couple days. Not the case this time. Phone was shipped in bubble wrap, no box. Not exactly happy with the seller. I have already gotten rid of my previous phone so I guess I'm screwed.

The device I received was not in the condition as advertised by the seller. I purchased the device in 'mint condition' however upon inspection the rear cover had signs of wear and tear.
