A bid disappointed. For being reported as "excellent condition", the phone has four noticeable scratches on the screen, each about an inch long, and several other minor scratches on the screen. Still a good phone. But for the price I would have hoped to have had much less scratch work on the screen

Got the device on time, but the condition was a bit off. Seller was courteous enough and we worked it out!

The Google Pixel 4a (mint) was damaged out of the box in such a way to make using the phone/making calls completely impossible. The echo is so bad that, while I can hear the caller, they can not understand anything I say. Almost completely useless to me.

The phone, though showing as unlocked by Verizon, will not work with any carrier other than Verizon. They said they can do an emergency unlock but not without the original account number and pin. If I can't get that info I have a phone that won't work on any carrier but Verizon and that's not why I bought it. So I'm 200 dollars in the hole with a phone that's useless to me currently. Extremely irritated and disappointed.

The screen had some pretty deep scratches, but oh well.

Fast shipping and phone is in great condition. However, the corners are chipped so can't really say it's in mint condition. I would give a positive if this item listed as good condition instead of mint.

Had 2 small deep scratches under the screen protector and power button is mushy.

Description did not notify that they replaced the sim tray with another color on a mint condition listing you wouldn't notice if you weren't 100% familiar with the device before buying; pretty subpar packaging that relied entirely on overlapped package envelope padding; arrived pretty much in advertised condition.

The item was not truly in mint condition. The screen has some scratches, but they are not visible with a screen protector on, so I'm willing to accept it.

The shipping was pretty fast and the phone works well, though the cable they sent wasn't the original which should be expected. The item is as described.

The phone is in great condition. However, for some reason the sim tray that was in the phone was bent pretty badly. I just replaced it with my old tray.

They forgot to package the sim card and all they did was tell me that they would reimburse me for the price of the sim card.

The screen was a bit worse then It appeared in the photos, but not a horrible deal even with the screen defect.
