Unfortunately the phone I received had damage that was not noted and would have changed the condition of the phone bin the end the seller did the right thing and gave me a refund after returning the phone.

Screen has several DEEP scratches, camera glass has a scratch and scuff mark. Not noted in description and not visible in photos. Body of phone in great condition and functions properly. Overall, happy with the purchase.

The screen protector on the phone i recieved is not the right size, it is too small and the front view on the camara is blurry.

How interesting! The phone is beautiful cosmetically and it works fine -but- it's not a smn960f. It's actually a smn960k from Korea running a custom ROM that makes it appear to be an "f". I guess the k model doesn't support dual sim. The custom ROM enables that feature, of course increasing the value of the phone. A common problem with this tweak is that the phone can lose the ability to communicate with Google. Factory reset won't override the rom so the fix is to download original firmware and flash with odin. Current situation here so wish me luck! Great learning experience but using time that I really didn't have.

Hello! The Condition of the phone is great, but it's telling me that it's a charging problem "it can't show what level the charge" is holding, and keeps hard factory data resetting the phone.... What resolution can we come to?

Great phone in great condition!

I can't decide if I want to go neutral or negative because the seller shipped the phone quickly and all in all it is in pretty good shape. Unfortunately buying a phone in 'good' condition doesn't mean it can idle overnight on a full charge. The battery is COMPLETELY SHOT. I could understand it only making it through a half a day, with usage, due to the age of the phone, but to not be able to just sit overnight? Meh. This phone is now worth it's weight in gold and I got it at a steal. So I reckon I need to be thankful and do the right thing and not hit the thumbs down.

The phone was in good condition and the camera quality was great. The battery drains pretty fast for some reason, but it also charges really quick. I'm primarily using this device for the camera. However, the sound gets kind of muffled at high volumes, (which isn't a big deal) but what is a big deal is that I ordered an 128GB, and it came as a 64GB. When I asked the seller if I could exchange it for an 128GB, he said he didn't have any.

Phones in good condition. My big issue is it was shipped in a bag stuffed in a bag stuffed in a bag. Use a box, man.

Very pleased with my purchase, quality was a bit more than I expected. Shipping was prompt, even from across the country, as I'm in California. Would definitely order again.

However, after sizable research, troubleshooting and experimentation, I concluded that this device does not fit the criteria for my intended utility. After speaking with LG technicians and browsing LG forums, there seems to be a pretty heavy consensus around the fact that the LG V30 was not designed with HDMI-output functionality in mind, and no software/hardware configuration or extensive tinkering changes its mind.

Due to this, I am kindly requesting a return for the LG V30. I'd like to exchange it for a Samsung device that I've picked out in your guys' store. Please get back to me when you check this so we may get everything underway. I appreciate it and look forward to our interaction. Thank you very much.

Shipping was 6 days. Feel like there were obvious scratches on the corners that were not well represented on the images. But they have the biggest inventory for lower prices, so it's good enough.

Item received did not match the specs on the listing page. Seller was responsive in determining resolution / return steps and refunded return shipping. While unfortunate the sale was not to my satisfaction, the return and refund was handled quickly. Likely an isolated incident.
