Overall as expected. More scratches on the edges then description and pictures

For a "Mint" phone there is a lot of scratches on the screen, and back.

Phone arrived with 0% battery, and would not charge without applying constant pressure to the USB C connector.
Cleaned out a bunch of compressed pocket lint from the USB C socket with a needle.
Phone now properly accepts a USB C connector to charge.
For a "Mint" phone there is a lot of scratches on the screen, back, and a large dent in the metal frame, as well as glue residue from a security tether on the back.

The phone works, but I would not have described it as "Mint"

Got what I needed.

The phone itself works and looks as advertised. However, the sim card tray is partially broken. The two slots (one for the SIM, the other for the memory card) are separated by a piece of plastic that is broken: it is missing a piece. I was still able to put the sim in there and slide it into the phone, but I am concerned that the dangling piece of plastic will break off and become stuck inside the phone. So I'll have to buy a replacement sim card tray.

I had some issues with the phone but the seller refunded me plus the return shipping cost, then expedited my new purchase.

Device not as described in description. Much worse burn in than pictures showed. Also, returning it was a little difficult and getting refunded. But at the end, seller did refund.

It was more scratched than I thought it would be. The screen has more scratches o the part the screen protector didn't cover and when I took off the screen protector it had more. I had already bought a phone from the same seller and was happier with that purchase than this one.

There were more scratches than anticipated. There is a large one that isn't too noticeable while the screen is on.

I received the item a couple days ago and just today was able to take it to get my cell phone service on this phone. Only issue im having is its not detecting the sim card and keeps telling me i need to turn air plane mode off when its already off. Any way you can help?

Volume down button takes extra pressure to decrease. Otherwise phone is in good condition

I’m going with neutral. The phone wasn’t in the condition I expected. I would recommend the seller going forward use higher quality photos in his/her listings the future.

The phone is fine but I received a micro USB cable. The phone only works with USB-C. I would like a replacement cable.

Did not check phone for sim card functionality. Seems like a pretty basic thing to check for. Refund was prompt however.

Shipment was delayed until after the weekend I needed the device due to the seller not seeing the payment cleared email. Condition as described.

Shipping was fast. Item looks like how it was described. I just wished there more close up pictures of the scratches. There were more scratches on the screen than I expected.

Screen seemed more scratched up than shown in the photos. Device is functional.

The ambient display burn really throws me off but overall great condition.

Good deal, phone had a battery swap and the back glass changed. Used to be orange but is now white, not a big deal. Phone works well.

Unfortunately i didn't realize that verizon locks down the bootloader on these phones

Item worked well for a few weeks, but now is having LOTS of issues. From the beginning, the microphone has not worked when on speaker. Troubleshooted as indicated by blogs to no avail. Now also having issues with it staying connected to network, going blank, taking a long time to connect to wifi, etc. Have reached out to seller via email with no response back. Very disappointed with purchase.

Item shipped quickly. Packaging could've been better, perhaps a box instead of bubble wrap. The phone was listed in Mint condition however, there were signs of damage to the body of the phone, a noticeable chip on the top left hand corner of the device, a noticeable chip above the top volume button on the right side, and small indentation at the top right hand corner of the device.

Was sold a blacklisted phone but they did fully refund. It was a hassle all on me though and that's why I am leaving this review. They shipped without the battery warning label so when I went to the USPS, I found out I had to have one and had another trip back. Not fun

I received my phone it is what I expected a few light scratches it came with a micro USB cable when this phone uses type c other than that my swappa experience has been good phone came pretty quick..
