I ordered the wrong phone - a one plus 6 instead of a 6t. When I realized my mistake, I contacted the seller and asked to exchange the one plus 6 for a one plus 6t. I was willing to pay the cost difference. The seller was unwilling to complete the exchange but rather indicated that I could resell the phone on my own. This is the seller's choice; however, given this lack of flexibility I will not be using this seller again.

Physical condition is really pretty good. Screen had some artifact/burn-in around the edges. Battery life is fair so far but that may be this phone's M.O. Shipping, all good. Overall, okay. Not great, not awful.

Purchase processes was clear and straightforward. item was promptly shipped and received. Product was very well packed. Product matched pictures, but description stated phone was White.

Upon closer inspection, back glass is not fit properly against the bezel. It appears the back glass has been replaced, possibly with the incorrect part. This repair was not disclosed in the description. Refund/return will be requested.

I would have put positive if the color was as advertised..so I'm go neutral..Phone works, but it's definitely not silver. ????

The phone which is unlocked still will not work on my provider. Seller declines to refund and declines to swap out phone for another. I understand I should have confirmed network compatibility before purchasing. I always thought a "factory unlocked" phone would work on any US network. Now I know better.

I dont get why I can't receive texts on this phone. So far, I regret the purchase if I can't figure this out.

Shipping a device that cost $400+ in a bag with minimal padding is all but unacceptable. Also, first class mail only comes with $100 of insurance. Was extraneous insurance purchased for shipment?

This is much more significant ghosting on the display than what was shown in the only photo of the phone while powered on. I'm using this just for Android development, and it's ok enough for that purpose, but if I were using this as my personal phone, I would have requested a refund.
