The area around the stylus was dirty and I was not notified nor could I see in the photos taken how bad and how many scratches there were on the back. As far as I can tell the phone works fine so far.

sorry it took so long. i had to test it for 30 days at least. phone no longer holds a charge. charging port is not working. other than that best phone I ever had, but now I have no phone lol

Got today and it looks new! This was purchased for my daughter and she was very excited to get it!

lcd burn is meh but its a good phone overall

The ring tones will not play. The ringtone preview doesn't work nor does the phone ring when I receive a call. I have tried booting in safe mode and doing a factory reset twice.

I just generally do not rate purchases negative in hopes that things can be made better but I would have based on the fact that this is my first Swappa experience. The phone I received seems to work completely and well and be in quite good shape however it is not the color stated in the listing (phone is gold listing says silver. It's difficult to say for sure what color the phone in the listing pictures is but my mind interpreted it as silver since that was the stated color). This phone has a different IMEI than that stated by the seller under "Product/Listing". I checked and it seems to be clean and not black listed but I do not like receiving things other than what I purchased or that I may have a problem with later. My son convinced me to try Swappa after he had bad experiences on ebay. I have had only a single negative experience buying phones (more than 30 of them) on ebay and this is my first purchase on Swappa and already issues.

Great device and great seller

Good seller, however the phone stops charging because of a "temperature too low" error, will sometimes stop reading my SIM card for minutes at a time, and the battery charge will bottom out from around 40% to 1% in a few minutes for no clear reason.

My phone was working perfectly at first but has randomly shut down today. It is back working now and is charging. Am I able to contact the seller again if it stops working again? I appreciate the quick response! I also received the incorrect charger for the phone in the package so I bought a charger for it

Good item. Prompt delivery

Unfortunately I received a phone with screen burn-in so I had to return the device. Fortunately, the seller was quick to respond and provide instructions to refund the sale.

There is a long scratch on the screen (permissible with the "good" rating) but not visible in the picture. It took 9 days to arrive, which is a long time to be without a phone.

This phone had audio issues. Speaker did not work.

Got the phone and everything is working, it just had more damage to the screen than implied. The plastic screen is very notably scuffed and I'd say it's closer to fair condition than good.

Sellerworld as far as phone and price was great. I wish they would put shipping insurance on phones. I package was lost and w/o insurance I would have been out of $300 luckily it showed up.

Got to me in time and appeared in good condition but the screen has been registering fewer and fewer of my touches, especially when typing. Not sure if this is a software issue or a hardware issue but it is certainly frustrating

This was a replacement S8 AT&T only for an S8 sold as an AT&T locked but ended up being a Tracfone. Wi-Fi calling was not supported by AT&T and signal strength was poor to none. Seller stated they were not aware it was a Tracfone and was willing to give a discount on an actual AT&T S8 several months later (as it took AT&T and myself all that time to figure out the issue). Happy with the end result but wish my initial purchase had been as listed. This review is not meant to discredit the seller but to help other buyers be more informed when choosing their phone.
