The cell phone was reported stolen in t-mobile. Very unhappy.

Replaced screen, was not mentioned in the description

Phone in great condition but charging ability of phone and screen failed in under one month.

Well, you tried. Seller sold a non mint device as mint, with broken buttons. Gave me a tip on how to fix the buttons, and did a partial refund in an effort to make the non mint device ok.

After the problem with the buttons continued, I requested to return the device for a full refund. After all, rubbing alcohol on a $650 device (the seller's proposed solution, though it did work for a day or two) every other day isn't really something that should be happening.

When I requested a full refund, seller basically told me to get bent, and that I've had the device for three weeks, even though they were notified of the issue immediately.

Had to get PayPal involved to get my money back.

The seller listed the phone is good condition and included in the description the phone was in "excellent condition". I received my phone and the headphone jack played music through it but it was distorted and essentially useless. For my first experience with Swappa, I can say it will be my last. Though the seller has been very nice throughout this process of getting a refund, I should never have been put in the process of seeking a refund in the first place.

Screen has severe burned in images on the screen and light bleed on the right side. Constant issues with the GPS, it works maybe %25 of the time. I can't rely on it for directions AT ALL. So overall I'm very unsatisfied with the purchase. It was NOT "good" condition, maybe fair at best and I think the seller should have been more upfront about any issues it had.

Phone Battery really bad, it runs out very quickly and it was not specified in the ad

The phone had noticeable screen burn and an occasional flickering issue. This should have been disclosed. Listing it in fair condition and saying to refer to pictures isn't enough.

The phone does not work. It turns off and on

I am realizing a few months later that I did not do this initially. The phone has since malfunctioned.

The phone worked for about 3 hours, then it did not. The Verizon worker told me that I was sold a "lemon" with hardware issues. Luckily, Verizon can make it right and give me a phone that works.

Phone clean, and as described. Had issue with reception, wanted to return/ exchange. Very disappointed in communication and customer service.

Audio Input Jack doesn't work. Other than that not bad.
