Said it was a Sprint phone. Its a Spectrum. Been trying all week to get it activated on any carrier. Not working. Can't find a Spectrum sim around. Really sad, because j really wanted to use the Google fi.

Selling an item mint with massive dents. Mother’s Day gift will now be late because of their incompetence. After item was returned and I was refunded, I wanted clear pictures of another ipad and they refused to provide them. They sell lesser condition products as MINT when they plainly are not.

Battery life is AWFUL!! It shows 100% and then dies out of no where. It doesn’t hold a charge but iPad doesn’t maintain or show true percentage. Basically, a waste of $200.00.

Used the phone for exactly 10 1/2 months (used very carefully with case, no misuse) and the pmic/motherboard is broken and needs to be replaced. Estimated cost to repair is $169. Asked the seller about a partial refund/credit. They offered me $10 towards another one of their phones. Wouldn't buy from them again.

I received my phone today. The shipping took awhile and the package could have been better for the value of the phone. no box just wrapped in bubble wrap. This phone was listed as in MINT condition. There are scratches at the bottom of the phone on the back...defintely should have been mark GOOD and right at $400. Please be careful with the MINT listings.

Edit of my previous rating as I inspected it closer today.

The phone arrived quickly but is not as described.

The screen was photographed and sent with a generic glass screen protector to hide the fact that the display was scratched beyond believe with hundred of micro scratches.

While not worth pursuing a replacement, the phone should not have been described as GOOD, it should have been FAIR.

I won't be purchasing from this seller again as I can't tell if the photo trickery was nefarious or not.

Phone was described as being in mint condition and when I received it, it had a deep scratch right in the middle of the screen. The photo of the screen they provided on the listing was intentionally blurry so that I couldn't see this before purchasing. I would not buy from this company again. The resolution they offered was not satisfactory.

Original product would not charge and returned and replaced. 60 days after replacement iPad developed lines in the screen. Was told all they could do was give me $10 a new one. Never had any issues buying used before. Look for someone that offers better warranty and actually cares about their products. Obvious hardware issue.

Phone itself is in good physical condition, however this is my first day using it and its having me do multiple systems updates within 1 hour and the battery life is depleting extreeemely fast. It's been off the charger for only 5hours and is at 20% and I'm using it exactly how I used my old phone. This is abnormal and unfortunately unacceptable for the amount I paid. It is not functioning properly.
I'd like to return this phone or exchange it please and thank you. It is not up to standards described.

Day 2 and I've now discovered while the phone remains plugged in to charge, it stops charging by itself. Faulty and unsatisfactory. Please respond to this comment asap!

I paid 8.40 for shipping like I said in my earlier comment and that’s why I said I would provide a receipt photo. It may seem a little bit of money but that’s my money and you don’t decide on how much to give back. I paid 8.40, plus I wasted my gas money to go down to the usps and RETURN what you “missed” on those “tests” you apparently do on your phones, and when I asked you about removing the iCloud from where and how and I couldn’t understand what you were asking me to do - so you literally ask me to do the work of figuring out WHAT you meant and HOW to do it. Are you serious? Also removing iCloud from account - you should have just said factory reset the phone or explained yourself.

Ipad seems to work fine. Disappointed to have a crack in the lower right corner of the screen. Can see the crack in pictures of device if you zoom in super close, but it should have been part of the description and price should have been lowered accordingly. Description only said "normal wear and tear," and it seems a cracked screen should not be described as normal.

Was shipped the wrong product initially. had to pay to ship the wrong item back. I was reimbursed for cost of shipping a week after they received the wrong item back. I told them I got the wrong product on Thursday and they shipped me the correct item I ordered the following Monday. It took me 14 days to receive the item I ordered.

as per the swappa requirements items must have functional batteries and as per sellers comments the item they sold to me and mailed me hasn’t bet. used for a while judging from sellers inventory they hand many of the same ipad so when one sells they just grab and ship
this was my first time ever buying in swaps and with this bad experience i will not be buying here again when such a high seller doesn’t respect the rules and isn’t trust worthy although the site says he is

Pros: it was in very good cosmetic condition, it was shipped quickly. |

Cons: it was not sim unlocked (listing claimed it was) also it was a tmobile to international conversion running open beta. (tmobile conversions running open beta will brick if you let them update to android 10) |

i was able to use the MSM tool from xda to convert it back to tmobile software, then i was able to use the tmobile unlock tool and permanently unlock the sim. then using MSM tool i again converted it back to unlocked international version and installed official build (why was it on beta??)

If someone else had bought this phone they would have bricked it as soon as they let it update. (granted even when bricked the 6T isnt very hard to fix, but most people wouldn't have any idea how to do it.)

tldr: phone was NOT unlocked. also phone was tmobile to international conversion, running open beta software that is known to brick phones that have been converted tmobile to international

I'm frustrated with Sellworld as a seller. I purchased 3 devices over a 4 week period from Sellworld. All 3 had some sort of issue which violate the criteria for sale. This device (LG G6) was still under lease by another Sprint customer. I received notices on the device I had to return it or pay it off to activate it. I also spoke to Sprint support who confirmed the device was still tied to another line of service. One device I purchased, a LG G5 had a fault earpiece speaker. Another LG G5 has a faulty GPS and would not pick up any satellites or navigate. I'm thankful I'm able to return these devices but the amount of time I've had to invest to troubleshoot and now send all 3 devices back is unacceptable. Sellworld states they test their devices but after my experience here I'm not confident that's the case. Sellworld appears to have good reviews but in my personal experience I gave this seller 3 chances and was disappointed every time.

Got a defective device that worked for less than 2 months (49 days to be exact). Took extremely good care of the device, but suddenly can't make or receive calls 80% of the times. Seller refuse any kinds of compromise. I wouldn't even attempt to contact the seller if it lasted 4-5 months.. But 49 days for $240??? Might as well buy a new device for only $100 more and get a year of warranty.
