Phone came in with a SIM lock code and unable to use phone, seller did not provide details to unlock phone, therefore I rate this sale as a big thumbs down.

- 1 / 5 stars

Phone did not work as described.

Sold me a "mint" Samsung S9. The phone constantly cuts in and out during calls. Took two months to diagnose the problem (not the mobile network or my SIM card or anything else). Seller will not return or replace. Be careful when buying from this seller -- you *can* get a broken phone.

Didn't work

- 1 / 5 stars

Phone does not work. Constant error message.

- 1 / 5 stars

Battery is draining like hell, it dropped from 100 to 96% in less than 5 mins without even turning on the screen. I am sorry but I was completely disappointed with this purchase.

- 1 / 5 stars

Hi, I would like to contact the seller. I received the item as listed. Except it will not turn for 4 days straight. I want to return this item please.

- 1 / 5 stars

Item was packaged poorly. Just thrown in a padded envelope, no box. Had damage that wasn't photographed or listed. Seller apologized, said it was used, and will try to take better pics next time. No offer to make it right with me though. Will not buy from again.

- 1 / 5 stars

The phone I received wouldn't charge. It was a moto z4 and the mods wouldn't charge it/ work on it either. These are the most basic things you check on a used phone before resale. The seller did refund my sale and shipping costs, but the inconvenience of being without a phone for both the week it took to receive my purchase and the week it took for a refund were unworthy of this sellers "trusted" reputation.

- 1 / 5 stars

Misrepresent burn in as lite, you can see the keyboard whole screen has a yellow tint there were far better fair condition phones at better prices

- 1 / 5 stars

The phone works, but the seller grossly misrepresented the condition of the phone in the photos and description. Images made phone look like it was in excellent shape, but there are scratches that are deep enough they distort the image when the screen is on. The back of the phone looks like someone took sandpaper to it. None of the damage was able to be seen in the images either.

Ultimately I regret this purchase because there are dozens of other LG G8's available, and I feel like I was swindled.

My phone is not unlocked I'm trying to get with cricket what was it with previously so they get unlock it for me?

- 1 / 5 stars

Wasnt actually a cricket phone. Wouldn't work with all of the features that it should have worked with on the network.

- 1 / 5 stars

Phone is in mint condition as was advertised

Tried activating the phone and the phone was locked according to Sprint.

- 1 / 5 stars

Sent phone with bad screen without indicating screen had burns. They did provide refund after phone was returned for them to inspect.

- 1 / 5 stars

This phone was tagged, by the seller, as being in 'Good' condition but it has a very deep scratch on the screen; the scratch is deep enough, it almost looks like a crack. This phone should have been listed as 'fair', at best. It feels like the phone condition was misrepresented by the seller; I'm definitely disappointed.

Update: The seller included a screen cover on the phone and in the pictures. The screen cover became lose yesterday (10/1) Underneath the screen protector there were several scratches on the black portion on the screen on the left and right side of camera. The pictures portrayed by the seller did not accurately depict the condition of phone since the scratches were covered by the screen protector and not shown in the photos. I would not recommend buying a phone from this seller if it has a screen protector on it. There's no way to tell the condition of the areas that are covered by the screen protector. Phone was in great condition and works well other than small scratch across main camera lense on the backside of the phone. Doesn't impact most photos unless in direct bright sunlight, then it causes a line across the photo.

Phone was locked and they claimed it was unlocked

The phone stopped working within a month!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know I’m writing this very far after the purchase, however the watch I received had 3 broken sensors, the repair cost of which is $160, which I learned after finally getting in touch it’s Apple and troubleshooting the issue. I am very disappointed.

Upon receiving the phone, I went to multiple T-Mobiles to attempt to activate it. Every store confirmed that it would scan as compatible, but every sim card (including the one provided in the box) would come up incompatible. At one point, the repeated attempts totally screwed up my original phone's connection, leaving me with out a phone for a day & subsequently w/ a number that was "not in service" when anyone tried to call me.
After explaining this multiple times to the seller & being met w/ repeated "it's factory new, it should work" & "I don't know, it doesn't make sense" type responses (all the while ignoring any mention I made of a return). I ended up swapping the phone for credit at a corporate store to get a working phone.
Shipping time was great, response times were good, but exceptionally unhelpful when the device turned out to be incompatible.
Further, Swappa hid behind the, "oh we just arrange the meeting, PayPal will protect you if needed" defense. 2/10. Never again.

The phone looks near mint just as stated. But is Sim card locked, so it's unusable. I didn't have a chance to set it up for my grandmother till now but I'll need a different one =(

Headphone jack does not work and it was not mentioned in the description when purchasing. While it does not take away from the main features of the phone, I primarily chose the S9 plus to get the best features while not having to buy wireless headphones, but that is not an option now.

Purchased this phone for my mother, was just informed the on off button does not work as expected of a good quality device

BUYER BEWARE!!!!

The bad reviews of this seller are TRUE, I received the phone in way worse condition than the seller had advertised it, and the pictures didn't even look like the phone I had received! I was able to sort this issue with the seller who gave me a partial refund. HOWEVER, Everything was good for about 2 weeks, but now, I'm having issues with the connectivity of the phone! I haven't even had the phone a month and I am again already having issues with this phone! I contacted the seller about a refund and told him that my carrier (Verizon) tried everything and said it's the phone's antenna, but the seller just said to check the warranty of the phone instead of helping (the phone doesn't have warranty). The seller hasn't replied back to me or Swappa staff who is also involved. He doesn't want to give me a refund even though Swappa's policies state I am allowed one! I strongly recommend you do not buy from these guys. Fake photos, WORST EXPERIENCE

I pad was in terrible shape, had to replace the display and bend all the corners to get the display to fit without bending the glass in a weird way.

- 1 / 5 stars

worse condition than stated and shown in the pictures. I could've gotten a brand new one for the same price. which I would have if given the correct info on the damages to the screen.

- 1 / 5 stars

Eh. Listing Said "COMES WITH PHONE AND GENERIC TYPE C CABLE"

Did not include the cable, so I had to buy one off amazon. The phone was out of battery on arrival, so I needed to wait 2 days.

- 1 / 5 stars

Phone was listed as "excellent". Came with very large deep scratches on the screen and deep gouges in the glass. All of these high volume sellers on Swappa are making it way less appealing to buy here anymore...

- 1 / 5 stars

I don't know if I'd call this "good condition". The screen is already chipped and Ive never had a phone charge slower in my life. 60% over 8 hours? Thats ridiculous

- 1 / 5 stars

The screen of the phone was HEAVILY and DEEPLY scratched. The pictures in the phone listing did not show it at all. The description was very misleading.

- 1 / 5 stars

I have bought from this seller before and had a very good experience. With this sale however I am extremely disappointed. The phone was marked as "Excellent quality", which is why I wanted to pay the extra for the higher end condition. However, either the seller was unaware of or hid it with the glass screen that this phone has dozens upon dozens of light to deep scratches beneath the protective case. It's so bad that when the sun hits the phones it makes it more difficult to see because the light bounces off every scratch.

I won't be purchasing from this seller again and I am no longer purchasing off Swappa. Very disappointing.

Item was listed as "mint" condition but was received in "good" condition. I received a $40 refund but I still feel this was a bait and switch situation.

- 1 / 5 stars

Screen has noticeable dead pixels on the the top of the left edge

Item didn't work as described. Fingerprint sensor isn't functional and cant be used. Phone was listed as "Mint"

This S8 sold as an AT&T locked but ended up being a Tracfone. Wi-Fi calling was not supported by AT&T and signal strength was poor no none. Seller stated they were not aware it was a Tracfone and was willing to give a discount on an actual AT&T S8 several months later with the return of the original S8 Tracfone (as it took AT&T and myself all that time to figure out the issue). Happy with the end result but wish my initial purchase had been as listed or had been resolved earlier to get an even exchange. Happy though that the seller did work with me.

- 1 / 5 stars

Camera is blurry. not sure what to do now as there is no return process I can start here. No way to really communicate with the seller other than leaving this comment. Seems strange and I feel robbed. I feel forced to pay 80 to get the phone repaired at my local place.

- 1 / 5 stars

Phone arrived in the time promised. No physical damage but the ear speaker doesn't work that well. I replaced the SIM card and still have the issue. Very dissappointed.

- 1 / 5 stars

I wish there would have been something listed about the screen having a light pink tint on about 3/4 of the bottom of the screen. I had to look real hard at the photo provided even though it is much darker in real light. Well it's too late now. Just have to live with it. I paid $112 for a $50 phone. Live and learn!

- 1 / 5 stars

the product did not arrive as it said in the description

- 1 / 5 stars

Device had phantom touch input out of the box. I waited hoping it would be an artifact of shipping and having been turned off for an extended period. These has not only persisted, but worsened. The error is intermittent but frequent and my hesitation to pick up the device (because I don't know if it will actually function properly) renders it unusable

first things first... this is a sm-g9730 and while it is a dual sim phone, it most definitely is not a sm-g973f/ds Exynos powered S10. the 9730 is Snapdragon based. It's not a huge problem as I can still use it as intended, but accurate details are absolutely necessary when buying and selling tech. it only took me one quick trip to the about device section to figure this out. could it possibly be a limitation of the website? i'm not completely sure, but yeah....definitely not a good first impression. also, it would have been nice to get a charger with it.. the phone only came with a cheap aftermarket usb c cord that takes on average 2-4hrs to charge my phone depending on the charging source. there was no charging block at all. oh, and it didn't come in a box either, which doesn't bother me personally as it was sufficiently wrapped, just sort of uncommon for something so fragile to just be placed in a bag and wrapped inside 3 others. thankfully the phone was exactly as pictured though

- 1 / 5 stars

It was a locked phone

Item battery life is horrible. Tried to get a refund but "sale was finale " don't recommend.

- 1 / 5 stars

The seller was very quick, responsive, and polite.
However, I would not call the condition that I received the iPad in as, "Mint." It seemed to be in great condition, but as I was using my digital art software I saw that there were issues with the screen not responding in some areas - I originally was ale to fix this with touch accommodations in the settings. However, I noticed that the screen at the bottom would lift slightly on the right side. Originally this didn't seem to indicate any functionality problems, but now as time goes on the screen is lifting more, half of it's unresponsive, and on the extremely rare occasion that I can get it unlocked without getting locked out, then starts wigging out. I may get the screen totally replaced and at a very high high price compared to what I paid for the iPad itself since I cannot use Applecare since I bought it secondhand. I'm very frustrated, unfortunately. And I don't want to totally blame the seller, but I don't know what to do.

- 1 / 5 stars

I don't use the camera much. I tried it when I got the phone and it appeared to work. When I went to take a picture 3 weeks later, the camera began to shake and is unusable. Apple tells me it must be replaced and will cost 100. This means this device was a complete wash and a loss of the money I spent.

- 1 / 5 stars

This phone is not really "mint" there are some scratches on the back and front.

- 1 / 5 stars

The iPad is not working well. The screen doesn’t work with touch and I can’t even get it to shut off to restart it. It keeps locking up.

- 1 / 5 stars

The camera does not work properly.

- 1 / 5 stars

the phone was not unlocked
