Sent me the wrong phone twice. The 2nd time, the phone was unwiped and password protected.

This was by far my worst Swappa experience:

1. They sent me a phone that was falsely advertised as "Good" by Swappa's standards. The listing photos did not show the significant screen and body scratches.
2. Despite the above, they weren't going to provide a refund including shipping until Swappa stepped in and told them they had to. They agreed to refund $8.45 because that's USPS's rate from my zip to theirs.
3. When I was unable to get it shipped via USPS due to two local branches being closed, I paid an additional ~$3 to ship it via UPS. I didn't ask for any extra money and they got the phone back in the same condition in which it was shipped to me.
4. They said they would withhold the $8.45 shipping refund because "we do not know how much you paid to ship this back to us and if the $8.45 is over what you had paid" as if it matters. I only got the refund because Swappa stepped in, again.

I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company.

Phone came with scratches on the screen covered by a new screen protector.

Seller labeled phone as Verizon phone, but it was a T-mobile. Maybe consider putting the ESN/IMEI in the listing, that way the customer knows what hes buying, even though the seller doesnt know what products their selling.

Seller provided a refund, however I could not activate the phone as advertised. I bought two LG G8 phones previously from different sellers and they still work to this day. Save yourself some hassle.

The phone keeps cutting off saying 0 % battery then plugging in say it has battery charge.

Seller did not accurately describe damage to device. Speakers are terribly damage and crackle almost constantly even at quiet volumes. I suspect it's either water or overuse. Other than that, works as described.

I RECEIVED THE PHONE TODAY ( FAST) , I BOUGHT A MINT CONDITION PHONE … THE FIRST THING I NOTICED WAS A SCRATCH WHERE THE HOME BUTTON IS ON AN I PHONE. UNFORTUNATELY I NEED THE PHONE OR I WOULD SEND IT BACK. ALSO NO CABLE DON’T REALLY CARE ABOUT A CABLE. OVERALL NOT MINT, I WOULD POST A PIC IF I COULD.

Listed phone as mint condition arrived full of scratches and what I would consider a cracked screen. They claim it was a scratch but it was deep enough to effect the color of the screen guessing it would take one small drop for it to spider web. They did issue a refund and covered return shipping though so there's that.

Phone died 6 months after receiving it. I paid $238.56 for it and all they offered me was a $10 store credit.

Right side of screen has several deep cuts and is cracked across the middle. Still usable but not as described.

First phone came in with a dirty IME number. Seller was good enough to give a refund plus cover the return shipping. The second phone that came was not Verizon, as advertised. They tell me that the phone will morph to whichever carrier SIM card you put in. Problem is, I have Ting and Ting does not force a carrier. I *needed* a Verizon phone, the second one was listed as a *Verizon* phone and it was not a Verizon phone. Very disappointing transactions.

The phone I received did not match what I would consider "good condition". The back and camera were heavily scuffed and scratched. The front screen had a glass screen protector on that was not installed well and did not come close to covering the screen properly. When I removed it the front screen was heavily scratched as well. None of this was described in the listing and pictures were not taken in a way to show the true state of this phone. All that said, a new screen protector hides the scratches on the front screen and a case hides the back of the phone. It functions wells and has good battery life so I am keeping the phone. However, due to the seller not providing a true description of the physical state of the phone I would not recommend purchasing from them.

Positives: Phone is working so far and shipping was fast.
Negatives: Description was very inaccurate, phone wasn't in a mint condition as stated, couple of dents on sides and even come with a screen protector installed in order to hide a scratch in the screen, not good.
Even worse, the back cover of the phone was loose after 2 days of use, lack of adhesive in the mid/upper section.
I would have returned it if I wasn't living overseas.

The battery dies at 50% charge.

Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed with this experience. I noticed another reviewer had the exact same issue I did, the item arrived with unspecified defects. I ordered a Mint condition device and it arrived with scratches. They offered to refund, but I would have had to go through the hassle of returning it and be without a device for another week. I have to say I probably would not subject myself to this in the future. I put a glass screen protector on and it seemed to make the scratches disappear, but I'm still extremely disappointed. I overpaid for a Mint device that wasn't Mint.

Got a locked OnePlus 7 Pro after it was listed and clarified GSM Unlocked, came to me Sim Locked, I was unable to return based on location and custom charges to do so, I offered a suggestion to unlock the device but they refused to try, they offered a $10 refund for such a big mistake like what is $10 supposed to do? It costs $90 to unlock it from other websites and the mobile stores here and you're offering $10 for your mistake? Lol no. They had consistent communication tho have to hand that to them. But since they don't check each device before shipping more mistakes will happen. Now I'm stuck with a dummy phone that cant work while I'm overseas.

This seller sold us a phone that doesn't work well. It will not charge and the only way we've been able to charge it is in safe mode. Safe mode is now no longer working and the phone us completely useless. Do not recommend this seller at all for quality and reliable products

Phone crashes when selfie cam is used. I didn't see this mentioned in the listing. I cannot video chat with anyone, making the phone largely useless for me. Would like to return or exchange it.

The phone had a screen protector on to cover a lot of scratches, which were not shown in the listing photos. The phone was listed in Good condition but is definitely in Fair condition.

33 days after receiving a OnePlus 8t the phone completely stopped functioning and after notifying Sellworld of such and trying to correct it Sellworld responded with you used the phone and it is past the warranty period therefore I caution anyone not to trust or conduct business with Sellworld if that is how they stand behind what they sell.

"Good condition" felt more like fair. Noticeable scratches and screen burn. Still a decent deal and seller shipped it fast.

Phone didn't work. Filed a return and paid to ship the phone back. Have uploaded proof that I shipped the item back to them at the correct address, incouding tracking number, and copies of the receipt and detailed shipping invoice from UPS. Tracking number showed the package was delivered. They claim they never received the package and refused to process refund. Buyer beware, sold a defective product and then for whatever reason claimed they didn't receive the delivered package, and refused to process refund.

The cell phone is in extremely bad condition, it is not even the one shown in the pictures! The photos are misleading, they are taken with dark backgrounds so you can see practically nothing of the scratches, it looks like my cell phone was passed a steel brush through the screen, the worst purchase I've made in Swappa and that I have made 24 purchases here.

They sent me a phone that was not the one in the photo, in a state that is not even acceptable, very bad service.

Second time I've bought from this seller and the device came with slight scratches on the screen after I paid for mint condition. Will never buy from seller again.

Beat-up cell phone

Phone was listed as "mint" condition, got the phone and it was in fair condition at best; top speaker was rusted and caved in, and there were scratches and chips all around the outside. Very disappointed. Will never be buying from Sellworld again.

Battery won't hold charge. Phone cuts on and off whenever it feels like it. Then won't turn back on until you plug a charger in. Waste of money.

If you have any problems with the phone, Sellworld will lie and deceive so they don't have to refund your money.

I know it's a used phone, I've bough plenty from swappa. Just felt like this part should have been shown in the pics. I received a "fair" phone instead of a "good" phone here. My apologies for being honest. Thank you.

Seller Sent Me A Busted Google Pixel Four XL. Top And Bottom Speaker Was Broken And The Screen Had Already Been Replaced Once For Water Damage. Will Be Requesting A Refund And Using A Different Seller.

Btw. The Seller Had Listed The Phone In Good Condition And That There Was Nothing Wrong With It.

I received a defective phone. When I'm on it for any length of time, the phone reboots on me. I'm wanting a refund.

The Bluetooth feature on this phone is not working. I have reset the phone multiple times and tried all the fixes i found online.

Item arrived late and seller failed to assist in the delay. Seller would not accept a return.

Phone was as advertised but unfortunately the battery is poor and does not last nearly as long as it should.

One of the worst seller I encountered. The product was worse than described. I wish I had a better response from the seller. In any case, I would avoid buying from the seller.

Not working

Set the phone up for a family member recently and the lower speaker is completely broken. Distorted and garbled sound at best. Would not buy again.

The screen burn was worse than what was pictured and its was an tmobile s9 not a att s9 *note they did offer a refund however my wife really needed the phone for work so we were stuck accepting it.

Turned on the first time, but once the battery died now it will not charge or display anything on the screen.

Seller said this was for Sprint. Sprint confirmed this phone would not work on their network, this phone does not connect to a network

Literally took 20 days to arrive. I am completely aware of the issues with USPS, but I would have gladly paid extra for the phone to be shipped via UPS. This option was not available, so I had to wait for 20 days.
